Specialist Services
Specialist Dementia/Alzheimer’s Services
Sevacare has extensive knowledge and experience of providing services to people with Dementia/Alzheimer’s/Memory Loss Conditions across our 45 branches and at our fifteen Extra Care Schemes. Sevacare provide care and support to some 7000 Older People, of which 71% suffer from Dementia or Alzheimer’s. Sevacare also hold Specialist Dementia Contracts with a number of Local Authorities, demonstrating our skill and ability to provide services in this area.
Palliative/End of Life Services
Sevacare recognises that Palliative/End of Life Care can be a difficult and traumatic time for both the Service User and their family/friends. Sevacare believe the choices of the individual should be at the centre of all Palliative and End of Life care planning and delivery. Sevacare ensures care is delivered in a sensitive, person-centred manner and takes account of the circumstances, wishes and priorities of the individual, their family and friends.
Specialist Reablement Services
Sevacare has vast experience of delivering high quality Reablement Services, which help people ‘do things for themselves’, rather than ‘having things done for them’. Our approach to reablement is an active process of regaining skills, confidence and independence. Sevacare provides reablement to a number of Service Users, not just older adults, following an acute medical episode or to reduce the gradual decline of Service Users independence.
Supported Living Services
Sevacare has a number of dedicated Supported Living Services across the country supporting people with a range of needs. Our services are tailored individually to support people to live a full and valued life within their community. Our support services are creative and innovative, aimed at giving people the opportunities they deserve.
