I am writing to let you know that I think the service you provide is excellent. The Care Workers who call are courteous and very kind to M who I look after 24 hours a day. The standards of hygiene and cleanliness are very good and they leave the house in the same condition as they entered. They always enter the house with a smile and make a fuss of M and his face lights up when he sees them. I hope if I ever fall ill, I have the same level of care.

May I say on behalf of my Mum and myself, thank you for all the help and support we are getting. The staff that call are all very nice and very obliging. After all the trauma of Mum’s illness and hospitalisation, she still has a bit of her independence back in her own home. Thank you once again

J and E would like to say a big thank you to all the wonderful girls who come each day to care for E. Whatever their own problems or ‘off’ days may be, they never fail to bring a ray of sunshine when they call, brightening our day. They are a joy to have in our home and we look forward to seeing them everyday.

I felt I had to write to you to express my gratitude at the high level of care my mother received while staying at the Tulloch Court Extra Care Scheme. The Sevacare Team, although a young team, work to a very high standard and are professional, well mannered and hard working. They were always polite and respectful towards my mother and put my mother first. They gave her the confidence she needed, which resulted in her trusting the care team fully. Thank you for making such a difference in the final months of my mothers life.
