Sevacare’s Washington Branch in Sunderland has received a number of outstanding testimonials, demonstrating the high level of care and support being delivered to their Service Users. The branch, which has only been established eleven months, has developed a first class service with an exceptional care team who have not received a single complaint.
A compliment letter, personally addressed to Sevacare’s Chairman, Ravi Bains, was written by a Service User’s Son and Legal Power of Attorney. His letter praises the Care Team and Washington’s Branch Manager, Graham Harrison, “for their consistently high standards in the level of service and the proficient standards of professional competence.”
He goes on to say, “Mr Harrison and his dedicated team led by, Mrs Joan Donkin, have impressed us from the outset with their high professional working standards, the thoroughness of their regular assessment, contact and communication with myself and directly to my mother through to the evident high training standard and subsequent deployment of appropriate Sevacare employees who attend to my mother’s daily need. The business ethos and values are fulfilled to the letter. I have only one regret, that I have not used Sevacare all along during the past 8 years that my mother has required such personal home care help.”
Graham Harrison added “This acknowledgement is just one of many we regularly receive at the office. Our high quality service provision is thanks to our outstanding care team who continually go the extra mile and make a real lasting difference to vulnerable people in the community. Sunderland City Council has also commended our Service provision and what a positive difference we are making. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff for their constant hard work and dedication.”
