A further indication of Sevacare's commitment to staff training and development is our accreditation as a NVQ centre. We offer NVQ training up to Level 4 Leadership and Management, a necessary qualification for our managers, and provide the A1 Assessors award, which helps to ensure that we have sufficient assessors to support staff taking their NVQs. Sevacare has over 60% of staff qualified or working toward NVQ Level 2, higher than the minimum standard required by the industry regulator, the Care Quality Commission. All our new staff are enrolled on a NVQ Level 2 course within 6 months of their starting employment.
