Haringey Rated 'Excellent'

We are proud to confirm that Sevacare's services in Haringey has received another 3 Star ‘Excellent’ rating from the independent Regulator, the Care Quality Commission (CQC), following a recent unannounced inspection.

Their main findings were people using the service benefit from receiving care and support from competent, well trained and supported staff who are knowledgeable about their individual needs. The report also highlighted that service users felt valued and respected because of the consistent and planned support from the manager.  

This highlights the hard work that Marilyn and her team have put in to continue with their previous 3 star rating in the branch. It also proves that the every day service standards are 3 star because we were not aware that the CQC Inspector would be visiting, so no preparation.

It is a fine reflection of the high standards that the Company seeks to achieve across its portfolio, and brings the number of branches with the 3 Star rating to three, the other two being Hall Green and Kirklees. Every other branch has a 2 Star (Good) rating and the challenge is on for all our managers to achieve the Excellent rating following their next inspections.

Well done to Marilyn and all the team in Haringey. Without the hard work and commitment from all the staff, this rating could not be achieved.
