Hall Green goes 3 Star

We are delighted to have confirmation that Hall Green has received a 3 Star rating from the Industry Regulator, the Care Quality Commission (CQC), following a recent unannounced inspection.

This highlights the hard work that Nicola and her team have put in to progressively improve standards in the branch. It also proves that the every day service standards are 3 star because we were not aware that the CQC Inspector would be visiting, so no preparation.

It is a fine reflection of the high standards that the Company seeks to achieve across its portfolio, and brings the number of branches with the 3 Star (Excellent) rating to 3, the other two being Haringey and Kirklees. Every other branch has a 2 Star (Good) rating and the challenge is on for all our managers to achieve the Excellent rating following their next inspections.
