Blackpool Contract Win

Sevacare has been successful in winning a contract for 2 Extra Care Schemes in Blackpool providing over 400 hours of care and support per week.

Following the recent acquisition of North West Based Primecare earlier this year, the new contract win compliments this and the expansion in the North West of England.

Extra Care Housing provides safe and suitable housing to enable vulnerable people to continue to live in their community, filling a gap in the range of existing accommodation and services available to people. It combines the advantages of a safe secure environment, with the opportunity to assist people who have differing dependency levels to live in a community setting. Extra Care Housing facilitates people living in the community for as long as is possible, maximising their independence and providing housing which avoids inappropriate admission into residential care.

Sevacare has extensive experience of providing support within various models of Extra Care in Birmingham, London and Lincoln and understands the range of issues that need to be considered when providing a service which is truly person centred.
